Hello! I'm getting more & more into EO's. I would like to make my own mouthwash w/ water, baking soda, spearmint EO. & maybe another oil, not sure yet. Can someone tell me how to make it so it has a longer shelf life WITHOUT using alcohol of any kind?
I've just been making single use batches w/ the 3 ingredients but it'd be easier to make up a bigger batch. I read you can boil the water & maybe add in another EO for a preservative but I'm so new at this, I want to be sure I'm doing it correctly.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
