Mandated closing time in Etobicoke?

Anyone know if the licensing in Etobicoke requires a certain closing time?
I have been to East of Eden (I know, it doesn't get great reviews) a number of times. And most of the time I would get there between 10:00 and midnight. This past month it has been closed after 11:00pm, and after 10:00. I finally called and they said that their latest appt is at 9:00pm. I didn't press it with the girl on the phone (I recognized her voice, have seen her twice -- Alex?) because I didn't want to make her suspicious.
If not a requirement, I suppose it could just be lack of business. But it seems like they would get clientele from the Landing Strip close by.

Similar hours seem to be in place at the spa on Attwell. (286 Attwell? Lucky 7 Spa?) When I left the bar next door at about 8:40 on a Tuesday night, there were lots of cars on the spa side of the building -- plus I was the only customer in the bar. (both businesses are part of a building with multiple units) Contrast that with zero cars on 11:00pm the night before, so it seems like most of the cars must have been at the spa.

Simply put, as of January, the bylaws have been updated with new closing hours for Holistic Centres and BodyRubs. No need to be suspicious, she is just explained the new situation.

Thanks, Lucky. That's just the info I was looking for. Although I was hoping that the hours would actually be longer.

(BTW, when I talked about being suspicious, I meant that I did not want to make her suspicious by asking too many questions)

Not every MP follow the Mandated Closing Time religiously. Some stay open to later hours and got robbed.
