Marketing software/client tracking software

Can anyone reccomend their software fro marketing and keeping track of clients?

I have looked into Microsoft Publisher for marketing, but don't know where to start for tracking clients and their data.

Hi Kristen,

I'd use Microsoft Excel to track your marketing efforts. You want to track the date that they first came in, their name, and how they heard about you.

I bartered with a client to build a client database using Microsoft Access...before that I used a basic client managment software I found through http://www.download.com

I believe Cherie Sohnen-Moe has some few marketing materials on her site as well.

I've used both Microsoft Word and Publisher a ton to create my own marketing pieces over the years. I've had a lot of people ask me about getting some of those marketing pieces and I am working on that now at Help Your Practice.
