The letter was drafted by an RNC official trying to bring all the candidates together to crack down on debates after the CNBC debacle. And while a few candidates won’t sign the letter, the fact that so many would be okay with these conditions amused Kelly.
After she read through a bunch of them and practically rolled her eyes, Kelly mockingly added, “And then maybe like a foot massage?” She even mimed what appeared to be a nice, soothing neck massage for the candidates too.

“Can you imagine having to submit our graphics for approval to the candidates?” she asked. “Good luck with that.”
The next debate on the schedule is Fox Business Network’s, but that’s not in any danger, because according to The Washington Post, all the candidates agreed that none of this had to apply to Fox. Why? One operative said people were “afraid” to anger Roger Ailes.
