Morality & Ethics. Do we have a duty ?

I have been a long time lurker on massageplanet.net and also a long ime hobbyist. I have had my fair share of experiences with all kinds of MP's and MPA's. However, my cauntious has gotten the best of me lately and I'm starting to wonder what I would if presented with a certain situation. . .What would you do ?


Scenario: Your at a new MP, in your room laying on the table naked and in walks the cutest "little girl" in the world ! ! ! She looks really young, but says she is 21. Everything about the session from the way she talks to her massage technique right down to her "school girl" mannerisms and overall appearance tell you something is wrong. . .Best case scenario is she is 18 at most and more than likely she is well under that age. What do you do ?

1) Stay and finish the session ?

2) Leave immediately ?

3) Say something to her or the MP owner ?

4) Mind your business cause you don't know for sure or are not aware of her personal circumstances ?

5) Say something to the authorities ?

In the end, are there really any morals or ethics in this kind of business ? ? ?

Tough scenario. I've no tolerance for anyone who allows any lass under the age of 18 to work in this line of work.

Unless you are extremely confident that she is under 18 I would not report it.

If I really felt uncomfortable about her age, think I would talk to her about it...but recognize that this probably wouldn't get anywhere, but at least I know I tried.
Then, I would let her do the massage, but decline the finish. Maybe hypocritical, maybe not. She saves face by doing the massage time...I save maybe something more than money by declining the finish.

How can you tell how old someone is by the way they look or talk. You are just guessing and saying something create trouble you or they don't need.
have you ever seen or heard SuggaBaby who used to be on Ciss 92. She sounds and looks like a little kid but is over 20.

I know women you'd swear were 14 that are 22-23-24, don't assume you know she's underage. If her appearance makes you uncomfortable get another attendant, and if she really is underage then (and this may be unpopular) call the cops. Whatever heat this puts on the hobby and whatever this costs us hobbyists there is a reason there are age restrictions on things like this, and anyone who would take advantage of an underage girl and put her to work at an MP should be out of business.

maybe it's just me but i always seem to get the ones that claim to be 21 but look a lot more like 41!

During the session, I have to echo Shade's actions... finish the basic massage and decline anything else.

I wouldn't call the police, but would say something to the manager. My comments to the manager would primarily be that I was uncomfortable with the session because I FELT that the attendant was too young. I mean I would report any type of issue that made me uncomfortable (e.g. attitude, hygene, room layout/ammenities etc...), so I don't think it's such a bad thing to do. All I would do is express my OPINION about her age. I would not go so far as to say that she is DEFINITELY underage, because from the facts given in the original post, I wouldn't know for sure.

Assuming that the management is responsible, they could do a number of things. First, if they had solid proof that the attendant is of age, they could reassure me of it, and that would make me feel better about seeing her again and/or continuing my patronage of the establishment. Second, if management receives similar comments from other people, they could investigate the MPA's age a little more. Third, assuming that the MPA is of age, management may wish to give her some suggestions about how to improve how she interacts with customers.

It's probably safer to mind your own business in general. Unless it was blatantly obvious, the I would probably do nothing. Right or wrong, I wouldn't generally get involved.

Unless you have proof (or if its obvious that she's 9 years old) I think any action is stupid ...... but if (however unlikely) you do have proof, then go to the cops ... a MP owner who allows that should punished by the law!!

Besides the five options listed in the original post, if you POSITIVELY knew FOR SURE an MP had an underage MPA, would you post the name of the MP and MPA on massageplanet.net?

I don't know whether or not I'd personally do this, but I thought it would be an interesting question to ask.

I'd like to know are you talking of a licensed MP or an unlicensed MP, because correct me if I'm wrong, don't licensed MP's require the MPA's to be licensed as well which also requires an age check.

There as a post awhile back on Alana @ BP and I think Kayla confirmed her age because of these very same circumstances.

If its unlicensed I can't comment because I don't visit these type of spas. If licensed, I'd trust that she was of legal age due to the very reason stated above.

Good debate going. Let me give some more info and see where you think it will go:

The MP in question is new, but in a well developed MP area. It has no license and it is a place that several massageplanet.net members have visited and would probably continue to visit. And if you have not guessed by now, its an Asian MP.

If I post it here on massageplanet.net, sure the place will go down, but the heat will come hard on others as well who don't deserve it.

My biggest fear: The girl is actually 18 or 19, I ruin her money making opportunity, she gets busted, deported, has to go back overseas to a abusive father who ends up kicking her out of the house if she does not service his friends ! I know this is far off, but what if these are her circumstances ? Is she better off in her current status ?

If I was sure she was underage, I'd beat a path outta the MP pronto, and sacrifice the door fee. To hell with it. I like to think I could survive an MP bust socially and career-wise---but not with a minor involved. Never mind the personal ethics end of it.

But how can you be sure about her age in the first place?

Kumicho, I guessed that it was an Asian MP you were talking about, and therein lies a particular problem. A lot of us roundeyes (I'm not necessarily speaking for you, Kumicho, as your ethnicity is unknown to me) absolutely cannot guess the age of Asian girls/women any closer than a ten-year spread, and so are at the mercy of what they tell us. Heck, my 26-yr-old Chinese GF looks 15 or 16 to me sometimes.
Not too long ago at work (not an MP, BTW!), I hired an underage girl who was a recent Korean immigrant, and didn't realize it until I was photocopying her papers. It was an easy mistake to make, as she had the poise and manners of any white girl ten years her senior. It sucked having to tell her I couldn't hire her after all.

So what, can you card your MPA? It's the only way to be sure. How would that fly with the owner/mamasan? Could you bring yourself to do it?

Pleading ignorance is not a way out. When you start messing around with the underaged ones, you take your chances with LE. Not worth it IMHO.

It is the girl's choice to work at MPs but too bad it is illegal. I have no sympathy for people who break the law for money .... and are a potential risk other people too.

If this were me, I would report this to the police and massageplanet.net boards to warn people.
