I researched and wrote down a lot of oils for my MS client, so here goes,
Juniper - water retention
Rosemary - neuromuscular relaxant
Neroli - Neuromuscular
Lemongrass and Orange to aid sleep
R Cham for disturbed sleep
Grapefruit improves appetite
Black Pepper for constipation and aids peristalsis
Oils for the nervous system
For grounding - (which has answered a question of my own that I have asked on here lol) Valerian, Benzoin, Frankincense, Lavender and Vetiver.
For relaxing tension & spasms, relieving stress - lavender, basil, R cham, marjoram, petitgrain, bergamot, neroli, rose, clary sage, ginger, jasmine, geranium, sandalwood, vetiver and ylang ylang (pretty much most of my oils that is lol)
Calming sympathetic nervous system - spikenard, benzoin, lavender, petitgrain, bergamot, ylang ylang.
Relieving mental fatigue - sage, rosemary, peppermint, juniper, clove bud, thyme
Adrenal tonic - geranium, thyme, basil
Endocrine tonic - peppermint
Balancing pancreatic hormones - benzoin
I hope this helps, I am sure someone else will either correct me or give you some more help
P.S I have a few more, but will pop back later, I have to go to work
