This past Friday the 13th I tried to book a session with Farah at Delinto spa but unfortunately whoever was in charge of managing the bookings did a horrible job of it.
At about 230 I made a call asking if Farah was in and if she was available to book for 3 to which I was told she was. However, when I drove to the spa and went to enter, I was told that Farah was busy, even after saying I called and made an appointment for 3. I told her okay, I'd wait until 4 because I understand that mistakes happen and I had a few things to do in the area anyways. Not sure the name of the woman who answered but she was Asian, mid 30s with what looked like C's and possibly some work done to her face. She was dressed like she was working too, so it may have been the other girl on schedule for Friday.
Unfortunately after spending about 45 minutes running errands, I called back to confirm that Farah would be free at 4 and I was told she wouldn't be until about 5. I decided to head back over to the spa incase there was a misunderstanding, but when I got there I was told that Farah was busy for another hour and that I never had an appointment in the first place. I told the woman and showed her the call that I made but she told me I'd have to come back in an hour which is ridiculous. I understand that mistakes happen but it's pretty fucked up for her to try and blame me, especially considering after we spoke in person at 3 and she told me I was okay to come back at 4. Incredibly unprofessional and I'm hoping that if Farah is still at another spa I can see her there instead because I definitely won't be coming back to Delinto after this waste of a day.
