Atlantis used to have an attractive Asian named Nancy of which I was a regular. She quit Atlantis probably 2 years ago but wondering if anyone knows if she went elsewhere or retired from industry. Anyone??

I wouldn't say for sure. They are affected by the current order barring these businesses from opening up. But even if they were affected by the new licensing fees, I doubt that they (or any other massage establishment) would fold.
