TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — Three suspects arrested amid the August 2024 raid of four massage parlors in Twin Falls have pleaded not guilty to their charges, while another one plead guilty and was sentenced.
Salon Kahn pleaded not guilty to felony charges of procurement of commercial sexual activity, receiving proceeds of illegal sexual activity, two counts of maintaining or supporting a place of commercial sexual activity and interstate trafficking in commercial sexual activity, according to court records.
The charges were filed in the Twin Falls County District Court after the prosecutor moved to dismiss two previous magistrate court cases due to a superseding grand jury indictment.
Kahn’s bond is set at $300,000. His pretrial conference is on Monday. His jury trial will take place on March 11.
Court records show that Limin Xu pleaded not guilty to felony charges of procurement of sexual activity, receiving pay for procurement of commercial sexual activity, receiving proceeds of illegal sexual activity and maintaining or supporting place of commercial sexual activity.
Xu’s charges were also filed in district court after the prosecutor moved to dismiss a previous magistrate court case due to a superseding grand jury indictment.
Xu’s bond was reduced from $300,000 to $100,000, and she posted her bond on Nov. 19, according to court records. Xu’s pretrial conference is scheduled for March 31, and her jury trial is scheduled for April 8.
Court records show that Lan (Lun) Wang pleaded not guilty to felony charges of procurement of commercial sexual activity, two counts of receiving pay for procurement of commercial sexual activity, receiving proceeds of illegal sexual activity, interstate trafficking in commercial sexual activity and two counts of maintaining or supporting place of commercial sexual activity.
Wang’s charges were also filed in the district court after the prosecutor moved to dismiss a previous magistrate court case due to a superseding grand jury indictment.
Wang’s bond was reduced to $150,000 and posted, according to court documents. Wang’s pretrial conference is scheduled for March 17, while her jury trial is set for March 25.
Court records show Gaili Xing pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of disturbing the peace on Dec. 19 and was sentenced to two days in jail.
Meanwhile, Xiuying Guan has pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor charge of providing commercial sexual activity. Guan’s charge came after Twin Falls police served search warrants on three massage parlors in January 2025, according to court records.
Guan’s pretrial conference is set for March 18 in Twin Falls County Magistrate Court.
