Just opened up at 387 Jane St. That's just south of Annette. May not be allowed to stay open long in this neighbourhood.

Staffed by older east euro's and neither of the ladys there today were very attractive IMHO. Still for me it's a convenient location, so I'll keep an eye on the talent.

That area is a hot-bed for LE activity. I do not give it long

There was a place either there or very close to it a few years back, East side of Jane, about 10-15 doors south of Annette, only lasted about 2 months - apparently the "local business community" took a deep disliking to the place, and the inevitable heat followed.

It had older (35+) european women there too - may be the same bunch back for another try - living not too far from there, don't give them long - the local division seems to get them shut quickly (except for Nona's) and 16A Jane which seems to be back again - same place comes and goes in about 6 month intervals.
