As a newcomer to this board and the T.O. area, is there any significance to how the bylaws differ from Toronto to Vaughn to Mississauga to Richmond Hill etc? The so called licensed body-rub parlours freely advertise NR...?!? How do the local LE treat these places?

Bottom line is no matter where you go you always take a chance at any MP or SC. If you're too paranoid about being busted, your best bet is to get an escort. Then your only concern will be getting drugged and robbed by the escort.

Body slides are perfectly legal right? since im a tall fit white guy with a buzzcut I might as well have the words "cop" written across my ass.. getting extra extras are near to impossible to get. How legal are BJs? I've asked for them but I always get the "sorry, we don't do that here" deal. As for getting busted I doubt there's much chance unless you're there when they get raided. what are they gonna charge you with? having a boner?

I have been to few mp's and I think the differance is where they are.Miss,Vau,richm,north, and every where I can think of.Some list what is available on there wall and others have to be discreet about it.I don'nt think we can be charged maybe a slap on the hand and you should'nt be in this place.Beond that I don'nt think they can do any thing.LE seem to bust every mp out there at least once,that I have heard of.As for being up front about what is available the girls have told me it depends on what area they work in.Bottom line DISCREET is the only way to be regardless.

Here's what isn't legal:

1. Hand jobs.
2. Blow jobs.
3. Any other form of contact that gets you off.

Is a body slide illegal? Probably, if done nude. A recent lower court decision held that a stripper grinding her nude crotch against the customer's (clothed) crotch during a lap dance was sufficient contact to amount to an act of prostitution. I doubt whether that decision will find a lot of support from other judges, but it shows you how hard-line some courts can be.

I believe that most of the by-laws require the girls to be clothed and have both feet on the floor when performing a massage, even at a licensed bodyrub parlor. I don't know any parlor which complies with that bylaw.

You do have to be actually in the MP when it's busted to be charged. The offence is actually called 'being found in a bawdy house'. So the cops finding your credit card # with some suspicious charges on it will not get you busted.

With all MP hobbying, you take a risk when you go visiting. Statistically the # of guys who are busted is very low.
