there are seniors homes in Denmark where the nurses will discuss sexuality with the seniors and will teach them to self pleasure because its part of healthy living. the health care system and the nurses do not make a bid deal of it at all, orgasms are simply a healthy bodily function.

Yes they do, I know of one place where the old men with extra cash would get this.

I have a friend who lives at a downtown nursing home. Only they don't call it a nursing home anymore. They like to be referred to as a care-giving centre.
