Oil for hot flushes

Hi all
I read a post recently that Aromababe wrote, where a blend was made up for hot flushes.I can`t buy evening primrose oil anywhere in an e.oil, did it mean a cream base or a carrier oil? I have bought evening primrose carrier oil and thought I would add the other oils mentioned ,and use it as a massage would this be ok?

No Jackie, evening primrose isn't an essential oil, but a carrier, but I mix it in with the cream. Of course, if you want to use it as a massage blend, just mix it straight into the oil.

I do find that the blend is best used every day just before bed time to have the best effect and it takes a couple of weeks for the hormones to rebalance.
