YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A Mahoning County grand jury returned an indictment Thursday against the operator of a massage parlor that was raided multiple times over the past three months.
Aixin Cheng is charged with promoting prostitution, a fourth-degree felony; possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony; and soliciting, a third-degree misdemeanor.
Police raided Healthy Massage on Market Street two times in August and again last week.
Following the two raids in August, police say a woman there solicited an undercover officer for sex during a human trafficking investigation in September.
Another search warrant for the business was secured last week and a woman was charged with solicitation at that time as well. The woman’s home in Poland was also searched, according to a police report.
Gerry Ricciutti and Chelsea Simeon contributed to this report.
