Pain at a specific reflexology point on the sole of my left foot?

I have pain at a specific point on the left sole of my foot. The reflexology charts indicate it as either the bladder, uterus or transverse colon point, depending on the chart and its precision. The point is located on the inside of the left foot, about where the heel area turns into the arch area, more in the arch cavity than the heel. Any suggestion as to what this pain might indicate? Also, I happen to be 7 months pregnant and have recently started to experience swelling in my feet.
