Hi, i would like some advise, my 9 year old son is flat footed and due to this sufferers with really bad pain in his legs (knees, hips ankles etc) and i have found that massaging his legs helps, what i would like is some advise on an oil to help?
does anyone know what oil would be best to massage his legs with?
any help would be great.

Even if you don't use an aromatherapy oil, any kind of vegetable based oil will help the massage to be smoother. And remember, tension makes pain worse, so the relaxing effects of the massage will help with the pain whether you use oils or not.

lavander,rosemary,melissa - a couple of drops of each in a carrier oil - should help relax muscles. I would suggest that possibly insoles inside footwear should help (if he hasn't already got them). These will create a better arch to his feet. I believe a Podiatrist can help you with the correct insoles to fit his feet and shoes. Hope this helps.
