Peepholes??

I was at a spa in Brampton on west drive,There were peepholes
in the door's to the room's,about four inches across.why?,and are there more spas,with these peepholes?

I was at one of those lingerie places when they were popular a few year ago. While I was sitting in the chair waiting on my "model" to arrive, I looked up and stairing down at me above the drop ceiling tile was a camera!!!

The camera bothered me, but for some reason I stayed, and the show went on! After that I never went back.
