Potential new MPA with a few questions...

I'm an alt model who is considering supplementing my income by working in a MP.

I've read through many of the posts, and found out much of what I wanted to know (many thanks for all the advice previously posted), but I have a couple more questions.

How much are driver fees usually?
Which are the best MP's to work at? Any advice people can give me here is greatly appreciated.

For MP's, it depends the area you are willing to commute to. East, South, West?

PM MPASquared, she runs her own spa and was an MPA for a few years.

As for driver fees - I charge $1/km

I would think the nicest and most expensive spas are the best. Less riffraff. More classy clients....like me .
