hi there,
wonder if anyone can help this study hard person who is a bit muddled?
I am trying to come up with a good blend for stress, the client has no skin issues.
What I am also usure about is the client is suffering from tension headaches caused by the work related stress and i know that firm shoulder and neck massage is good for that.
I had planned to do a full body massage to ease muscular aches and pains and promote muscle relaxation.
Would i have to make up two different blends for this, one for the headches and one for the stress? He suffers from the headaches as said and lack of sleep through the stress from work.
He got promotion and pressure and demands are taking its toll. I have advised him in all other areas such as diet, excersise ect.
And any good recipes anyone can recommend. There seem to be too many listed and too choose from.
one i thought was clary sage, ylang ylang, and lavender for the full body massage.
The thing is i am doing a case study for a course i am on and th recipe i had suggested does not match with what they have provided in a lesson for top, middle and base notes.......hence why the struggle.....
hope someone can help me thanks
