As an independent, she went by Julia Brown for a while....then changed to Julia Jewlz (as per her past sites on P411). I tried SEVEN times to book scheduled dates with her and each time "something" on her end came up to scuttle us meeting (yes, seven appt requests seems crazy...what can I say?
