I have noticed personally. When a review is short and contains the wording "guysplease be nice to her" it is usually a BS review.

I could be wrong, but sammy, if you have been a member that long, then you need to correct a wrong to the lady and write in private what really happen with details, so deep, we think we in middle earth.

She is very busy and for good reason. She is good. Her hours are only 10 AM to 4 PM or so M-F. But, if you get to see her and treat her right, you will have a good time.
