Yes sir you can.. along with HIV and other diseases that are contracted through bodily fluids especially if there is a cut in their mouth or they have an outbreak... scary but any type of unprotected contact is a risk... this is not a dumb question at all.. any bareback is a risk my friend... I must admit that I have on a couple of occasions (thought it is not my general preference) have had BBBJ's .. it is a risk...
