Skype group chat cannot connect to host?

So, I have been in a certain Skype group chat for a while now, without any problems whatsoever. Now though, the name of the group shows up as 'Empty Group', it shows no people inside it and has no image or topic. I can't talk or call in it, either, while all other people in that group chat can. It keeps saying 'Connecting to host, please wait'. I am not quite sure what to do considering I can't leave the conversation (When I click leave, nothing happens) and the chat host is away for a while so he can't kick me out either.

Anyone knows what to do?
