I'm a newbie so i'm still trying to learn how to do deal with MPs they are tricky!

so lemme get this straight.. If i dont like the girl I can ask for a different one even tho I'm just a walkin?

It depends on the spa, but generally speaking, if you are the paying customer, you should make sure you get the type of girl you enjoy. As a walk-in, ask to see the available attendants before committing to a session. Once they have their money, you lost some of your bargaining power.

I find that situation awkward and avoid it, but yeah, it's the norm and I think most of the more professional MPA's understand it.

The best method, used by the top spas, is to have the girls come out and say "yo" individually, rather than a line-up deal.

As mentioned in another thread by my cohert Rev, places like HFH, IT and SRM have family photo books.

The red haired Filipino in the IT book, is by appointment only.

Your the customer and you want to get your moneys worth with a girl of your liking, so you can ask for another girl just be polite about it. The better spas will let you see the ladies available and you can choose for yourslef, places like Alpha care will jus send a girl in and then i can understand how it would be uncomfortable to send her packing.......sometimes just deal with it and you might be surprised with as good time. Personally I enjoy finding hidden gems this way.

The answer to your initial question is yes, you can ask if another girl is availble or indicate that you've had a change of heart and leave the spa in quest of greener pastures. There are ways however to avoid this scenerio. First option is to research the spas via the web sites and pictures of the attendants. This allows you to preselect a girl who you find pleasing to your tastes. Secondly you can visit MP's who allow you to preview the girls in the lobby before your selection, such as Allure and Silhouette. Lastly, call Rusty and ask him what he thinks you should do - this last suggestion is good for all life decisions and not exclusive to SP selections. Cheers.

Even ac will help you out(a little). Just ask for your specific type and they will direct you to your best bet. Make sure you ask before going into the room.

If the mp has a web site you may as well do some recon and at least see who might be of interest.
The best piece of advice i can give you is call ahead before you go because schedules can change and notice may or may not be given so be sure to call before you head over to the mp.
Also most respectible/venerable mp's will give you some idea of who is available but if you end up at an unestablished mp you might get the hustle and be told that whoever showed you to the room is the only one available. If you are persistent in asking for some type of description or actually seeing the girl before the session starts, most mp's wont deny your request for info.

Having the attendants parade before you is kind of demeaning to them - like meat on display.

The photo book is a lot more tactful for both parties. Especially if there is an attendant working that you saw once before and you don't wish to see again.

always see the girl in person before paying the door fee and going into the room, that way you can politely ask for a different lady no harm done, and if noone suits your fancy you can leave without issue. I try and avoid this though, thats why I check websites for photos and schedules so even if I walk in I have a general idea what to expect.

I actually like the surprise factor. When I go to any MP, it's usually the same scenario: Ring the doorbell (isn't it freaky when you go to Radio Shack and you enter the store, the same chime goes off??), and usually the mamasan or some hottie lets you in. They escort you to the room, and ask 'how long?'. Now is the surprise factor: The one entering the room after you undress is usually different from the one who escorted you in. I guess they have a 'next up' policy. If you reject the one who enters the room and request someone else, that person may have just had a customer, is on break, or whatever. They may resent being called in. I always go with whoever enters the room. The truth is, once the lights are off, you can't tell if you're with a 7 or a 10 anyway, so just enjoy it.

I have never had the difficulty of turning a MA down. The only time I have seen something I don't like I usually have been given the lineup 'treat'ment

I've never seen the photo book system; the thing I like about the "walkby" or "lineup" is that you can assess things like body language, attitude, eye contact, sometimes even voice.

I'm more likely to go with a girl who seems like she's into it or having fun than one who's staring into space and looking bored.

If you feel uncomfortable saying No to a certain girl(s) and/or walking out, go in there with the name of at least one girl that you do like (provided that you have been able to find internet pics) If she is working, great - you've got yourself a date. If not, it gives you an excuse to leave if you don't like the rest of the lineup - "I'm sorry - thank you, but I was really hoping to see Rusty" (or whoever else it was you wanted).

YngPerv, I remember way back when I first won the Intercontinental Belt and started going to MPs. Here's some advice from what I have learned over the years: it dosen't hurt to be a walkin. The only time this works againist you is if you go to the big spas (HFH, IT, SRM Allure) as pretty much most of the girls will be booked. Never be afraid to say No if you do not like a MPA and never pay in advance before seeing a girl. You can also use excuses if you want to back out like "I need to go the ATM machine" ..... but overall remember you have the power. Hope you have fun, its a crazy cool hobby. My last bit of advise, do research on massageplanet.net. This is a great site to learn about this hobby. Avoid mistakes (I posted some of mine) that others posters made, stay away from shady places and leave your wallet always in site.

You're right as far as it goes, however, I was once in a spa in Pickering where the MPA finished the session, and left the room to go to the attendant's area. The guy turned on the shower, through on his clothes and ran out the door to his truck, and peeled rubber as the attendant came out to the lobby. He stiffed her for a 1 hr session plus whatever extra's she provided. Based on how pissed she was (I didn't blame her at all) she must have either provided FS or NR.

After that experience, when I agree to extra's (usually right at the start of the session) I pay upfront. Many girls have said "It's OK, we can settle later." but I would rather have her mind on the task, not thinking about how much $$ is she going to get. Since I tend to tip $20 more than average, I never have problems with the quality of the service.

Once I get to know the attendant, than it's not really a problem.

When I was in Edmonton in the 80's it was common for the attendant to ask the extra's fee before providing the extra. Haven't found that to be the case in TO.
