Hi all

I don't know much about St John's Wort carrier oil but have some. I know all about taking supplements etc and that they interfere with the contraceptive pill, and probably shouldn't be taken if on antidepressants - does this apy to using St John's Wort as a carrier oil too? Also, is this oil best diluted with another carrier oil or can it be used on it's own? And finally, if using this do I dilute the eo's even further?
