Hi everyone my hubby has a broken hand and has just had the cast removed. I have read that comfrey is a good oil to use for broken bones but I dont have any to hand. Does anyone know if there is an alternative or substitute I could use.

There's a good and very affordable Comfrey oil with a dash of Rosemary (i think) that's made by Potters and is available at Holland & Barret
