I've mixed up a blend of Benzoin(3), Vetivert (2), Petitgrain (2) and Lime (4) as a Summer Solstice inspired scent for some friends who were married on June 21st. I wanted something that smelled green and summery, with a spot of campfire smokiness.

What do you think ??

Any recommendations ?
Is there any reason why I shouldn't offer this as a massage blend (with carrier, obviously) ? Should I just stick to scenting pommanders with it?

I think it sounds lovely........ All the fun of working with oils is about being creative and providing the people you are making the blend for have no contra-indications to the oils being used and they like it then I think you're onto a winner................ I can't wait for the weekend as i'm planning on a trip into leeds to visit I.D Aromatics (my favourite oil shop)........ I notice on their list they do a cocoa essential oil and planning on giving a friend either a Chocolate/Orange indulgence massage along with a themed present... or I wash thinking of AfterEight delight which would be Chocolate/Mint.......... Any comments would be appreciated as was hoping if my friend likes the treatment I could offer this as a package in my treatments.........
