Sunshine in a bottle

I'm putting together a blend for friend who is a bit down at the moment.I don't want to make a big deal out of it as he may be embarrassed so am giving him and some other firends blends for christmas tailor made for them and I thought sunshine in a bottle would be perfect for him at the mo
Ihave some ideas as what to blend but wondered what you would suggest?

Hi Soar
One of my most favourite uplifting blends is orange [bitter or sweet], neroli and petitgrain. It never fails to make me feel better and lift my spirits and being quite citrusy would be good for a guy.
Hope your friends like your pressies. I did this last year and everyone said it was the nicest thing they received because it was personal to them.

This heading attracted me and I think it is a lovely idea for Soar to want to help a friend this way. Can I just askyou knowledgeable people, when you recommend certain oils could you say how they should be mixed, how long they will be expected to keep etc., It would be really great for a novice like myself to try more tips at home.

i have made my blends
I used tranguility as a the base which is a gorgeous blend of lavendar samdalwood and francincense in sweet almond from naturallythinking
sunshine in a bottle just used citrus oils
tranquil rose for a lovely close friend -added rose
tranquil times for a dear friend who is menopausal
added geranium
easy does it for a friend who loves patchouli so its that
mellow fellow fo a man's man chap who needs to chill but doesn't like "girly" smell so I added cedarwood for him

all in 10 ml bottles blended with and a card with details on
I really enjoyed making these
