I am still a Massage Therapy student but during my Sports Massage class we watched a video that showed treatments for carpal tunnel syndrome that was also supposed to work for lateral and medial epicondylitis. ย The technique (for laterl epicondylitis) uses a "stripping" technique along the wrist extensors while putting the muscles on a stretch (ie, bending the wrist-The client is standing at the side of the table and use of ย the clients body weight going straight down). ย This also works on the wrist flexors. ย This is also an exercise that your client can do for themself. ย Exercise should be done morning and night for about 5-10 minutes.I hope this helps, let me know if it works (another student in my class uses this and says it works good). ย
