Tennis Elbow

Hello all,

Has anyone had any success with treating tennis elbow?? What blend did you use?

I have a friend who is a HGV lorry driver and uses his arms daily & is in great pain & taking pain killers prescribed by the doctor. [&o]

Any advice would be grateful.

I put Tennis Elbow into HPs Search ... because I've had them for years [&o] ... and there are quite a few threads in different forums. I had a quick look through and spotted this reply about aromatherapy oils:

EDITED TO ADD: I'm not an aromatherapist, just use oils for myself, and I do love Black Pepper for achey bits - I see it's recommended in the link above.

Many thanks seem to be on a roll with ailments to tax the brain at the mo. lol

Sat here burning/and applying all the oils under the sun as I and all the family have this nasty bug![]

Many thanks for your kind words. I am pleased to say that my daughter & I are (dare I say it fingers crossed) getting over it.

The old man is now feeling poorly. Oh the joys of having young children - lol

Glad to say that I have mixed a blend for my friend and he is feeling much better.
