The Balanced Budget Amendment will be re-introduced if the Republicans win

a majority this November. It will? include a clause that forbids raising taxes without a 2/3 majority vote for the increase in both the House and the Senate.
The same was introduced in 1994 and failed by only one vote.
Now, with several trillion dollars more wasted since 1994, is America ready to make that move and pass that Bill?
