Tipping at a massage parlor?

I was at a massage parlor and there was a notice that the recommended tip was $15-$25. I thought that was a lot! But I always feel that I have to do it. My husband told me he never tips a masseur, they get paid $25, why do they need a tip? Servers, on the other hand, get paid less than minimum wage. Do you feel that you have to always tip? And if you do, do you feel you have to tip the recommended amount?
