Normally when I receive a service -- haircut, waitresses, massage, etc. I give the person a tip. However, my chiropractor just added a massage therapist to his office and it is covered by my medical insurance. I've had two massages and didn't tip -- it wasn't until a few days ago that I realized that maybe I should have tipped her. But should I ... I would never tip a doctor/nurse ... should I tip a massage therapist housed within a doctor's office? (Especially when I'm not actually paying for the service?)
