Underage girls found in York Region MP

This pisses me off. This is what bylaw and LE should be concentrating on, not going after ADULTS working in ADULT establishments. Anybody employing minors in a MP should face the full extent of the law.

York Regional Police say they found three teens, including two 15-year-old girls, working in illegal massage parlours during a week-long blitz.

One of the 15-year-olds was found offering sexual services for money in the Creditstone Spa in Vaughan, police say.

She is currently in the care of the Children's Aid Society.

At another spa, this one called 338 Spa in Richmond Hill, police found two teenagers, 15 and 16, who fled as police and bylaw officers arrived.

They have been charged with obstructing police and breach of probation.

In total, six females under the age of 18 have been found working in illegal massage parlours in 2005, police say.

"These establishments are no place for young girls," said York Regional police chief Armand La Barge said. "We are continuing to aggressively investigate these establishments, especially those employing young teenagers."

Police say that many massage parlours are fronts for prostitution and that it's a multi-million dollar industry in York Region.

During the sweep, between Sept. 13 and Sept. 16, officers conducted bylaw inspections at 57 licensed and unlicensed massage parlours in the south end of the region.

As a result, 93 bylaw and 24 criminal charges were laid, including those against two operators of the Creditstone Spa on Creditstone Rd.

Fatos "Nick" Lopci, 32, of Maple is charged with owning a common bawdy house, keeping a common bawdy house, living off the avails of prostitution of a person under 18 and living off the avails of prostitution and transporting a prostitute.

Sharon Gardner, 22, of Toronto, has been charged with keeping a common bawdy house, breach of probation and breach of recognizance.

In addition to a bad client list, how about a bad provider list. Once the owner is convicted we should add him to a bad provider list available on massageplanet.net. This is what ruins it for everybody.

Such people who employ under-age girls should be dealt with an iron hand, and should be jailed for atleast 20-years as punishment, then no one would dare to employ young girls as MPA, its so disgusting for everyone.

Indeed the scumbags at Creditstone should be held without bail. This is a real underworld hangout and is frankly, a dangerous place to go.

I've been there and seen WITH MY OWN EYES, a girl shooting up in the mid-hallway staff room. She was takling toooo long to return to the room and when I stuck my head out the door, I saw her in the room across the hall with a needle between her toes!

I got dressed and asked for my $$ back. I had already done my negotiating and paid the $$$ up front. She refused the refund.

The "manager" (a turd I WILL one day run into without his buddies around ) told me to fuck off and leave.

If there was one time that I felt like making an official complaint (complete with made up bullshit to enhance the complaint!) to the cops this was it!

After many arrests over the years and still remaining open, MAYBE now the fuckwads at York and Vaughan can get an injunction to close this place down. This is the epitome of an underworld run brothel with all that is wrong and gives a bad name to the whole massage parlour business.

Meister, you took the ords right out of my mouth. There is NO ROOM for a##holes like that to ruin a child's life. Even if these kids nowadays see and hear it all, this is still no excuse to subject them to this stuff.

First of all, spitting and trashing would be to good for these criminals. I suggest using them as feed for the Toronto Zoo tigers. In the meantime, why not put them with hard criminals in general prison (no protection).

Its the same problem anywhere....not just in the parlours...fake IDs are real easy to get and some girls look very mature. The only way to usually figure out a chicks age is to get to know them a bit and their immaturity will come out...however in this business their aint really any time for long meaningfull conversation.

MP's (I mean the ones that that offer those little extras) really don't care about how old the girls really are. As long as they can produce some sort of ID that states they are of of age and they are half decsent looking they'll give them a job. Oh and for you people that say you're ruining the girls...I think that if a girl at that age 15-16 can think about prostitution as a source of income - She is already ruined to begin with.
Please don't get me wrong I absolutely agree that giving them the job is out of the question and those who do hire should pay the consequences.
Maybe the local government can offer a service of running backround checks for MP's before they hire so this way no loop holes.

Now I'm not going to justify the bullshit that goes on at the spas because I too think it's fucking sick. Underage girls should be turned away for employment at these places.

I guess what I don't agree with is that the spa ruined these girls. They were caught running away from the police at the time of the raid. Seems to me like they weren't being forced to work there. These girls sounded like they wanted to work. As sick as it sounds, some girls that age are actually open to doing this kind of work.

I still say throw the book at these spas. They should've turned away the girls instead of hiring them. You have to wonder wtf these people are thinking.
