I will be in Vancouver visiting the Left coast in a couple of months on business. I have not been able to find out much in the way of reviews on the local hobby scene. (No VERB?)

Any recommendations? Looking for a Silhouette-like experience.

Last time I was there a couple of years ago, I went to the Den on (I think) West Pender. $70 door fee and everything, absolutely everything, else was extra and expensive. Thinking with the wrong head, I eventually paid $140 for what was effectively a lingerie show and covered HJ. Heard of one guy who spent over $500 at the Swedish Touch for an hour.

One rapidly gets spoiled in TO. You can get two or three excellent sessions for what you'd pay for one OK one in Vancouver.

Other than Las Vegas, Vancouver has the best looking dancers, MPAs, and SWs in North America. However, you can't touch the dancers, MPAs are $200-500 a pop, and LE makes picking up a SW extremely risky business. Proceed with caution. Better to just enjoy the eye candy, encourage them to come out to TO to work, and not partake.

Vancouver was my first Canadian city to "research" when I discovered the legal situation after by Thailand trip.

But I have avoided it after finding Victoria, Montreal and especially Toronto.

Vancouver is too much like the U.S. in attitude. Lots of scams, upprcing having to tip for extra's huge amounts in MP etc. They use to have a couple nice strip clubs for my kind of intimate laps but bylaw enforcement has changed that.

Yes, gals are attractive if you just want to look. But many have a attitude and very high prices - just like in the U.S.

I use to go to Vancouver only to take the ferry to Victoria since had great incall and outcall escorts but seem quality and options have declined. And they had a big crackdown on incalls. All the story is in my Victoria report on sexwork.com.

My Vancouver report now every outdated, but a few later reviews of others, I have confirm why I have no interest in Vancouver.

As others have said good discussion board at www.perb.ca. We use to have a "Victoria gang" that was active on asp newsgroup, then went to Canada best, then to TBD-Vancouver and now hopefully a better permenant home on perb, which I have encouraged many to go to instead of TBD and his antics.

Many do not want to support TBD due to his dishonestly, games and other antics. Besides the Attorney General of Florida has ordered the TBD boards shut down due to his using them for his criminal enterprises. The board itself is not a legal issue, but TBD's criminal activities beyond the board are the issue.

Whether or not it will be shut down is unknown, as I am sure his lawyers are fighting the shut down order based on all the criminal charges against him.

With the TBD's well known dishonestly (aside from the bust), and the questionable future, why not support a Canadian board such as www.perb.ca instead of an American board run by someone whose only interest is profit and who will do anything ethical or not to bring in the money.

And if you are too honest to just sing the praises of TBD and only post good things and promote the type of providers that TBD favors you get banned from the board. And then they argue about it being a free speech issue, when free speech is a joke on many TBD boards.

hey, having lived in Vancouver most of the 90's, toronto 1 year and back in Van...think most of what has been said is quite right. In a nutshell....in toronto got spoiled on HFH and IT, gorgeous ladies and reasonable prices for safer activities. Vancouver is strictly a full service experience. And yes, the best of the best eye candy is outrageous pricing compared to what i had been spoiled with in t.o.

if you have some deeper pockets, imagine getting full service treatment form some of the better looking gals youve ever seen.....or....get a full service treatment from some reasonable est. and pay a couple of bills.... the latest trend is "all inclusive" pricing...pick 1/2 or an hour, pay one price up front...it does take away a lot of the annoying bargaining you may or may not enjoy doing.

Have seen a few diff places and a number of different gals....lots of good times...it just requires a little research....and remember the old rule...if it seems too good to be true....

Yeah, I forgot to mention in my earlier post that having expected TO rates I only had $140 on me at the time, which resulted in the attendant (who, admittedly was one of the most beautiful women I have ever seen) spending most of the session trying to convince me to walk down the street to the cash machine (while she accompanied me, of course). As everybody else has said, there are very good looking women in Vancouver.
