What does it mean if a mpa gives you her phone # without you asking for it???

Shatrat- i'd suggest you to do some research on the massageplanet.net and you will find the reasons. Dont hope for anything else more than a business. It took me 2.5 years to understand this phone exchanging strategy. i have never seen/heard any meaningful friendship between client and MPA in this business. What I have personally experiended, read and seen, most of friendships ends in painful and uncomfortable states.

No one would ever know/guess that what these MPAs are thinking and trying to achieve? Perhaps, it is just a game?

Like what everyone is saying on this topic don't expect anything that may or may not happen. In turn it might burn you and if you two have a friendship base relationship you may not want to ruin that. I have had phone #'s given too me with out any reasons in the past with a couple of MPA's and now I keep in touch with only one of them.

I had this happen too but being a SC regular, i know how the number thing is used as bait.

Do MPAs text guys too "can i see you today?" , "are you coming here today?" or it doesn't work that way in the MP world?

In reality it does work as bait so you can see them more, remember this is how they make their money. I have had one MPA in the past where I would have her text me a few times asking me if I'm busy with school and work and if I was not do you want to come over to see me for a massage. Now either she's bore or she's not getting enough clients on that day. The MPA that I only keep in touch with now is different, I'm the one that usually keep's in touch with her, although I never asked for her number she just gave it to me one day. I actually prefer it this way so that I can keep it more of a friendship base relationship than client. Don't get me wrong though I still consider her as my attendant that is in a business that I have to pay her to have good time. Which I'm fine with I just want to keep our friendship stronger.

I get numbers thrown to me all the time. They are gathering their own client base. This makes perfect sense because they are always moving from location to location or if decide to go indy.

And how! I have had three call me or text me on my cellphone to check in with me. That's OK if you happen to have a cellphone dedicated to hobbying. But, the last time I got a call was when I was discussing very important business with a colleague at work!

it can mean a lot of things, now it's up to you to find that out. i got my first visit from this somewhat well known MPA and she gave me her number (which obviously i can't store on my phone) so she wrote it on a piece of paper tuck it on my pocket. than told me to call her directly when booking so she can make some adjustments on her shift. nice girl awesome sessions always.

Ive exchanged dozens of phone #'s over the last few years and really it doesnt mean alot.

It means if they switch MP's you can find them.

It also means you can send each other friendly texts every now and then. I dont want to take it further than that.

Ive had a few mp's calling and texting me non stop, while I'm at work, while I'm with friends, asking me to go see them or hang out with them. Its annoying and I eventually ended up ignoring them

It's fairly sure that's an indication that she doesn't consider you one of the "creepy clients she doesn't want around."

Just like others I too have been given phone numbers with no good reason and no good outcome.

No need to call them to book. Call the spa. As I've been requested to do when I called their number.
Not one ever contacted me for business.
Never was contacted for relations outside MP.
Only once did an MPA follow thru and that was when she left to be an SP.

So, in the end its as if I were never given the number. Now I just ignore any numbers given to me.
