What is the rent for a downtown massage spa UNIT with these requirements ????

1. 2 Queen room and 2 regular unit
2. 3 toilets
3. 2 showers
4 one reception zone with a sex chair,
5. back entrance in alleyway only
6. Must be on the 3rd floor for cheaper rent?
7. Utilities and property tax included
8. One alarm system paid by landlord
9. Good ventilation for hookah
10. TV on walls and free wifi
11. Hopefully 10 minute for dollar store snacks and condoms and beverages
12. Best in the King and Annex area
13. Bartering: between massage ladies and Landlord is an open option

Lets say I open a massage place in Downtown Toronto for ladies and men.
Like the one they have in Vienna.
Massage center for men and women.

So if I had to do the math.
Two hands from the working lady staff times one dick.
That's 30 HJ per day to cover the rent.
So if i do the MATH using some of math training.
.5* 80) +100 (+12 *365-2 /. 12 (+ 13*1.13)) = RENT

I found out rent in uptown and downtown is very expensive.

depends on the size and the unit. Units closest to the sidewalk generate costs more to rent.

If you're not joking Michael then you are very naive. It's very unlikely that anyone would rent out their massage parlor. If an owner went bankrupt then you could rent that space from the landlord but the place more than likely would be a dump and extensive renovations would be needed to meet your requirements. The more realistic options are either buy an existing spa business or rent a space and build your massage parlour from scratch.
