Sorry , but one case does not constitute a huge increase . If there is an increase then I would like something to the effect that for the first 6 months of the year reported cases of STD's have risen by X % . If it is 2 % I carry on as before taking normal precautions . If it is 50% I liberally add saltpeter to my cool-aid .

Personnally , one case would be too many if it is you but lets not turn this into SARS II .
