I've been a Manager in the Hospitality business for over 7 years.
I understand the importance of customer service; being polite and
well spoken, even under the most stressful conditions.
However, many times I will call a MP, and ask to see who is working
(since the website does not show). The receptionist usually will
blurt out the names faster than any normal human being can
comprenhend . When I politely (I'm never rude to ppl) ask
to repeat the names, the receptionist always becomes stressed.
Some will repeat the names hurriedly again, some will just hang up!
I can understand if they're busy dealing with a paying client, but
they can easily ask to put me on hold, then come back when they
are free. ^__^
Sometimes it's not just the service you get from the MPAs that will
bring you back.
