Why Do Girls Move From One Spa to Another?

Moving from one establishment to another seems to occur quite frequently? What are some of the more common reasons for someone who was quite popular at one spa to move to another?

Well, why does anyone leave their current job for another.

here are some reasons I have heard from the ladies:

1) too much competition (i.e. guys tend to see the most popular ladies);

2) too many girls and thus not getting too much attention;

3) MP is not that busy; and

4)some girls will move around because when they get to the new spa they will be the "new girl in town" - so many of guys will check them out.

-increase earning potential (e.g. places that charge more)
-Location that's easy for the MPA to get to
-Safety of work location
-Hours of Operation
-Cleanliness/condition of the spa
-Reputation of the spa
-more flexible schedule for the MPA
-a fresh start with a new name
-avoid drama at work
-hide from stalkers
-bylaw concerns

Yeah that's sad but try..... gas stations and fast food places in the areas near MPs benefit from this. I'm the guy with a Big MAc in one hand, a smoke in the other and a dazed look in the parking lot. Okay 2 out of 3 statements are true...... I don't eat big macs.

OK, why did somebody like Claudia move from Allure to HFH? She was certainly popular at Allure, an apparently desireable and clean place to work. Most of the reasons set forth would not seem to apply in a situation like that... not escaping clients or anything with such a local move. etc.

I believe Caludia moved because of the scheduling issues.(AFAIK). I am yet to see her at her new Spa but soon and that is going to be my first question.

1) LE Is a big reason
2) Boss
3) Girls with too big of egos, nasty habits, Pimps etc.
4) Too many undesired regulars that u can't turn away because the boss at a spa won't let u
5) Hours (many spas make u work crazy long hours and u have to be fresh and happy for every customer even if you've been there for 12 hours and your tired)
6) Dirty spas (they don't let u change the sheets, bedding etc.)
7) Stipulations ( the spa puts too many restrictions on what u can do and some girls don't abide and some do and that causes sooo much tension)
8) Jealousy (If your better looking, have more clients or whatever then the other girls.. the attendants make your life hell at that spa)

Hey my dear friend. Checked out your new pics. You look amazing You've listed pretty much every reason possible. Do you remember that lovely spa where we had to deal with all of those issues. I am surprised its still there. But you know what I don't miss it this much.

Well... I can tell you MY reasons for leaving a spa...

Spa#1- Boss was o.k. in the beginning... then started hitting on me. Worked 8 months and left.

Spa#2- Girl stole my money. Got pissed off and left. Worked 3 days.

Spa#3- Got fired for being late and not showing up for work. (Gee... it's a MP... Do they really think it's a serious business?? Gosh!!!......) Lasted 8 months.

Spa#4- LE closed us down. Was there 6 months.

Spa#5- Boss got in fight with gangster people. They blew up our spa. (Nice going boss....) After that... LE was always there and finally shut us down. Was there 8 months.

Spa#6- Boss didn't pay rent so landlord called Bailiff. Bailiff came and kicked us out. What an idiot boss... Was there 2 months.

Spa#7- Too far. Worked there 4 days and left.

Spa#8- Also too far. Worked there 1 shift and left.

Spa#9- LE closed us down. Was there 1 year.

Spa#10- LE closed us down. Was there 1 and a half years.

Spa#11- Landlord didn't want us there anymore. Was there 1 year.

Spa#12- No money here. Was there 3 days.

Spa#13- Money unstable. Was there 5 months.

Spa#14- LE closed us down. Was there 1 and a half years.

Spa#15- LE closed us down. Was there 2 years.

Spa#16- Didn't want to get another licence. Have 2 already. Was there 1 day.

Spa#17- Didn't like place. The place had no massage beds... just dirty mattresses on the floor. Was there 1 hour and took off.

Spa#18- Didn't like place for some reason. Look like no money place. Was there 1 hour and took off.

Spa#19- Didn't like place and looks like no money. Was there 1 day.

Spa#20- Place gorgeous and girls gorgeous but they all overcharged so no customers. Was there 3 days.

Spa#21- LE closed us down. Boss didn't care. LE closed us down again. Boss didn't care again. LE put boss in jail. No more boss. Was there 1 and a half years.

Spa#22- Still here. Very happy here.

Spa#23- Filled in for my friend. Was there 1 day.

Spa#24- Still here. Very happy here.

I know if you add up all the years, it seems like I've been in the business for 10+ years but it's actually not right. I've always worked at more than one place at the same time (at one point, I was actually working at 4 places at the same time), so most of these places overlap. I like to free-lance.... popping up here and there whenever I feel like it. I might've missed a few spas... but that's all I remember for now....
