Why does my facebook chat log me off and on?

When I'm talking to my friends on Facebook's chat, it says that whoever I'm talking to has logged off and then logged back on but if I ask them why they keep logging off and on, they say that it was me that had logged off and on. This happens with everyone I talk to. Does anyone have any idea why? I use Google Chrome if that helps.. How can I stop it?
I have talked to friends just testing it with both of us on the home page and not doing anything but talking on chat and my chat still screws up. ?
 
Maybe because it is an program whitch is not installed. Maybe adobe shockwave player.
