EASTPOINTE, Mich. – Two women were arrested, and police have shut down an Eastpointe massage parlor for allegedly offering sexual acts.
The incident occurred on Wednesday (April 9), as officials said workers offered patrons sexual favors.
Police confirmed to Local 4 that two women were arrested at the parlor on Kelly Road near Lister Avenue.
The arrests came after an undercover officer entered the business and asked for a massage, and was offered sex for money.
Police said the business only targeted men.
“They would only use males as customers,” said Eastpointe Lieutenant Alex Holish. “As a matter of fact, we sent a female undercover officer to get a massage, and they denied her entry. And they did not entertain her. And after that, we sent a male officer, and they welcomed him in. Started a legitimate massage, and at the end, they offered him a sexual favor.”
Police think both of the women arrested were actually living at the business.
Officers expect to interview the business owner within the next few days.
