Good day to everyone.
I know that this problem's an ancient on the history of YM, got a lot of people so frustrated in it, and that some of them were able to solve it, but here's mine.
As stated in the title above, MY YAHOO! MESSENGER 10 CHAT BOX/OFFLINE MESSAGES/CALL HISTORY IS NOTHING BUT A WHITE BOX. I can't read anything from the said boxes. Meaning it's totally blank, but I can send an IM to anybody, the problem is I can't read it. Even the BUZZ!! is invisible. I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium OS, 32-bit. I almost tried every solution that I had encountered by goggling it, such as updating my Java/Internet Explorer/Flash Player/Shockwave Player, resetting my Internet Explorer settings/options to default, uninstalling Yahoo! Messenger, then completely deleting the Yahoo folder located at C:\Program Files then re-installing it by I think a hundred times already, typed in "regsvr32 jscript.dll" and "regsvr32 vbscript.dll" in the command prompt, even deleting the Yahoo directory in regedit and then re-installing it. Not to mention I scanned my system everytime I uninstall-reinstall YM(nothing detected, my anti-virus in ESET NOD32), and poof. None of it worked out. So I'm hoping that you can help me in this situation I'm experiencing.
Thanks in advance!
