With his knowledge and his "CONNECTION" he should start his spa business instead.

There is always an inherent risk to owning and operating a business. What he is doing is smarter. He carries none of the risk yet he still gets a share of the revenue of the places he manages. If anything that's damm smart.

If I could, I would do the same. Get paid managing a spa. Get a body slide now and then. I ain't gonna lie. If Angela hires me at JR hires me, I wouldn't say no. Get paid and get a massage from Thai Jenny.

I was offered 50/50 profit sharing and ownership without putting in any of my money from 2 -3 spas. I simply turned them down. My freedom is much more important than the money and the responsibilities at my age. Money is important when you are young and starting a family. Money doesn't mean anything to me now. I am on my last leg of my life journey and enjoying my life. My main priority now is keeping myself fit and healthy and having fun.

All the spa owners I am dealing with are pretty smart. They have their goals set up and invested in properties in here and in China. Some own 2-3 properties here and one or two in China. Some of the spa girls are pretty smart too. They work hard and invested in properties in here and in China. One girl I know has 2 houses and one condo here. She is only in her low 30s.
