And JimiNY is correct: the area isn't residential; at least, only partially, as there is a realtor's office, the sewing/alterations place on the corner, the Indian grocery on the opposite corner (that used to be a hairstyling school), Steve's Leather, an autobody shop, a car rental place, Wilson's Furniture just up from the massage house, etc.
I'm not one hundred percent sure if all of these businesses are still operating presently, but with only a residential house or two around the entire aforementioned Wilson's Furniture block, it clearly isn't a residential area.
