Personally, even if I ignore every negative comment by the customers, the way JimiNY acted on this website in response to those accusations/comments is enough for me to never return to SL West ever again. Fuck it. I don't support that kind of behavior.

100%, I don't think that Renee has any idea how much money Jimmy's actions cost her annually. I have to guess, he's driven away 100 customers, 1 visit a week, or more than 5,000 spa visits this year with the nonsense this weekend.
That's only one weekend, Friday pm to Sunday pm. That's $150,000 one spa, then you have the east, that $300,000 annually because of disgraceful conduct towards customers. Pretty amazing, she's smart, clearly she doens't know.
The conduct of calling out, disrespecting, bullying, shaming, blocking and banning makes absolutely no sense. The job is to build relationships and create good will and provide a welcoming experience.

Just insane that this has been allowed to continue, so clearly, Renee doesn't know how bad it is, and the financial implications. I didn't like the SL West hype from the beginning. Highly unlikely ever to return.
Maybe worse, no likes, no comments, no reviews, nothing to create interest from other members. Polar opposite to the job he's supposed to be doing. Just insane.

Any young MBA types here? Great case study on the impacts of building brand, brand awareness, favourable brand impression and the impacts on sales. If you go to Renee, you might get a year or two of visits showing her the implications.
One thing I am certain of Renee can do the math. Run a few surveys ... VOILA ...

I’ve been to SL West once. I saw Echo there and the session was good. It’s just too far of a drive for me so haven’t gone back. Most of the girls are available in RH anyway.

Look how Jimmy handles complaints at other spas he touts for- "thats what you get if you come here and expect a good massage" flat out he says EM is low quality.

If that same complaint came in against SL jimmy would call your newborn baby the N word and then use a hot poker to make the girl publicly agree.

She's is craxy fkn sexy though isnt she? She also hires some pretty darn good looking girls as well. SL is chalk full of rockets.

There aren't many places with that kind of talent to be found.
