where does one order in?

...food items to Japan from Singapore? Thinking of bringing food items like cup noodles. Is it okay? It will be difficult to find halal food at Japan. So how? Can bring in food? What will the procedure be? Do i have to declare? Its my first time to Japan and first long flight. Please advice.
