Went to SL for the first time yesterday... was not disappointed to say the least.

Ouff that’s unfortunate. She’s one of my favourites and I frequent her there. She might not be having a good day. Based on my experiences with her, she’s been great, service oriented and smelled good. Never asks me for tips either. I guess her service really depends on who she clicks with.
