I asked her the same question last time when I saw her several weeks ago. She told me she needs to take care of many things for the spa operation, she is the owner of the spa just in case you didn’t know. She also wants her girls get more customers. She is normally taking walk in if all her girls are busy and some of her old customers by appointment, someone like me.
You can try to book her 1 day in advance if you really want to see her.
