I have been a regular visitor at Best.U since the Summer of 2024. I also check the thread of both IU & Best.U regularly on MP. One thing that stands out to me often is how amazingly well Tiffany has been managing both the spas.

It is not that easy running a spa these days owing to the competition, let alone running two spas successfully at the same time. What I have always noticed is how professional and well communicative Tiffany is. I must commend her for her exceptional management skills. I also notice the care and attention to detail that goes into running both the spas.

Whenever I have visited the spa, it provides me with a welcoming ambiance that immediately sets me at ease. The girls that they have are beautiful, very attentive, and clearly well-trained, which speaks volumes about Tiffany’s management skills.

What truly impressed me was her personal touch. She ensures every customer feels valued, often checking in on MP to gather feedback and make improvements. It’s evident she’s deeply invested in creating a top-notch experience for her clients. I also notice that the spa is always spotless, and well maintained. Kudos to her exceptional customer service, and operational efficiency.

I have visited several spas. But I would highly recommend both Best.U and IU to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience coupled with fun. Hats off to Tiffany for running such an outstanding establishment!

Yes I would agree to all your points and especially this. I've been to some other spas that are great, but once in a while I notice stuff. Although I never post it publicly, I do send a DM to the promoter about the issues I found. Never had to do that with IU and been here plenty of times. At the end of the session, the girls are busy cleaning. The only inconsistent thing I noticed was at the shower sometimes there's a mat, sometimes there is paper on top of that mat. Sometimes it's just paper. Or more recently, there's neither. I know they have a lot to do to turn over a room pretty quickly. I generally always use my towel anyways. Just a very small thing.

I just left I&U a very happy and satisfied customer. My session today was with the newest addition to the team: Kimmy. Called ahead and booked her for 1 hour.
